Lima - Városnézés/Sightseeing in Lima

Bementünk a város egyik legrégebbi - spanyolok által épített házába, melyet uaz a család lakik 17 generáció óta. A házat eredetileg 1600-ban építették, de az 1700-as években újra kellett építeni a tűzvész miatt. 72 szobájuk van és időnként beengednek látogatókat. A házban minden az 1700-as évekből való, francia vagy spanyol kézművesek munkája. Óriási tükrök, masszív bútorok, csempék és minden egyéb.
A város főterén van a franciskánus Katedrális 1620-ból, ami az egyetlen megmaradt épület ebből a korból. A városban 1880-ig nem volt temető, így a gazdagokat, a fontos embereket és az egyház barátait a templom alá temették. Egy idő után elfogyott a hely, ezért a régi csontokat nyitott tárolókba rakták a templom alatt, szépen szortírozva fajták szerint, ami ma a látványosság része. Az biztos, hogy a templom alatti katakomba tele van ottfelejtett lelkekkel. Majdnem hánytam tőlük, annyira zavartak.

We visited one of the oldest house in town - built by the Spanish -  where a same family back to 17 generation live their everyday life. From time to time they let visitors in to admirer the treasure they have from the 1700th. The house was built in the 1600th but was destroyed by fire. The house today has 72 rooms which are all connected. There is no dead end there. All the furnitures, mirrors, tiles are from France and Spain from the 18th century.
We also visited the franciscan Cathedral - built in 1620. This is is the only bulding remained from this time.
Lima didn't have a cemetery until 1880, so the rich and the important  or the friends of the church were buried in the catacombs under the Cathedral. When it got full, the bones were removed and put in open ossuaries in a nice order sorted by types.
One thing is sure, there are lots and lots of left souls there. I almost threw up they bothered me so much.
