Cusco

Második állomásunk Cusco, ami az Inkák fővárosa volt. 3600 méter magasan vagyunk, így sok koka levél teát itatnak velünk, ami csökkenti a magaslati betegség tüneteit. A szállodánk régen kolostor volt, négy udvarból áll, mindegyiket árkádos kerengő veszi körül. Az egyik udvar közepén egy 330 éves magaslati Cédrus él. Különlegességét az adja, hogy ő az utolsó a fajtájából. 

The second destination is Cusco which was the capital of the Inka civilization. The altitude is 3600m. We drink lots of coca leaf tea that supposed to help against the high altitude. The hotel was a Monastery, so it has many courtyards and fountains surrounded by anarch colonnades. In the middle of one of the courtyard stands a 330 years old high altitude cedar tree, the only left here from the ancient time.
